At the first visit, the patient is counseled by our expert Oncosurgeon. The need for surgery is evaluated and a plan of action after a thorough discussion with the patient and relatives. All aspects related to surgery, including various options, are explained in great detail which helps the patient and relatives to take the right decision.
Time for recovery :-
Following any cancer surgery, the time of recovery is around 4 to 5 days. However, in a few, it may be around 8 to 10 days. Upon recovery, the patient is evaluated by a medical oncologist regarding the need for chemotherapy/radiotherapy which is an important aspect of cancer treatment.
